All services are for educational, personal development, and professional development purposes.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Participate honestly, respectfully, and in alignment with program guidelines

Attend scheduled sessions on time

Provide accurate information
-
Maintain confidentiality in group environments

Not redistribute, reproduce, or misuse proprietary materials
Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Instalment plans must be completed on schedule.

Late or failed payments may suspend access.

Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.
No guarantees of results or outcomes are made by the Coach.
Clients are responsible for their decisions and actions.
Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Be You Enterprise does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you require urgent support, please contact your local emergency or medical services.
Recording & Media
Some events and programs may be recorded.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

Clients may not record sessions without permission.
Termination of Services
Be You Enterprise may terminate services if:

Payment obligations are not met

Terms are violated

Behaviour is abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate
You may request to terminate services, but payments are non-refundable once services begin.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Be You Enterprise is not liable for:

Decisions or actions resulting from coaching

Loss of income, emotional distress, or business outcomes

Technical issues beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.
